Our acrylic protective cases are designed solely for display and storage purposes.

Products are not guaranteed to prevent damage to collectibles or sealed packaging. Variations in manufacturer packaging dimensions, shrink wrap tension, and product condition may affect fitment.

Customers must ensure proper sizing prior to insertion. Products should never be forced into cases.

Seller shall not be responsible for damage resulting from improper use, handling, installation, or removal of products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poke Armor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of collectible value, loss of profits, or damage to packaged goods.

In all circumstances, Seller’s total liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

By purchasing and using our products, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with storing or displaying collectible items within acrylic cases.

Due to the nature of collectible products, Seller does not guarantee preservation of sealed packaging condition.

Claims relating to collectible packaging condition must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
